I notice everyone's away. Of course, that could be because it's 1:30 in the morning where most of them are... yeah, that might be it... stupid time zones...
So It's been three weeks since I updated, and if you don't like it, too bad. Although, honestly, you guys probably don't care. Let us see if anything of note has happened. Right after my last update, I went to Texas for Alison and LeyAnne's graduation. I didn't really know that community colleges had graduations, but whatever. Nothing really happened on that trip, though except I got Phantom with the book. Finished the book on the plane ride back. It was actually pretty good.
Got back and got that paper job. I'm actually liking it a lot. It takes me longer than I originally heard it would, but I'm still usually home by 6, at the latest, and I still have that excuse to sleep till noon if I really want.
You know, I had a few good rants ready, but neither of them is really valid anymore. The first was about how my parents go to bed early. They're almost always in bed by 10:30. But since I have to get up at 1:30 am, I go to bed around then, too. So that one's kinda pointless.
The second one was about how my parents didn't have cable, which sucked. But thanks to the Miami Heat and the fact that most of their playoff run has been on ESPN and TNT, my dad upgraded to good cable. So thank you, Shaq and Wade.
Speaking of the Heat, lets move on to sports. After the Heat swept the New Jersey Nets, they proceeded to give the Washington Wizards the same treatment before meeting the defending champion Detroit Pistons. After New Jersey took Game 1 in Miami, D-Wade scored 40 and 36 in winning Games 2 and 3 in Miami and Detroit, respectively, and taking back home court advantage in the process. In the second game in Detroit, the Pistons tied up the series heading back to Miami, which basically made it a best-of-three series, with Miami having home court. So with that set, Miami took Game 5, but lost Dwayne Wade in the third quarter to a strained rib. And that's where the series stands as of right now, with Game 6 set for tomorrow night in the Palace at Auburn Hills, Michigan. In baseball, the Florida Marlins are tied with the Atlanta Braves atop the NL East, but the real story is the AL where the division leaders are the Baltimore Orioles, the Chicago White Sox, and the Texas Rangers. Go figure.
Ok, the title really pretty much sums up the summer so far, so there's not much to talk about, which means its link time. Nice to see the rest of the world shares our opinion:

Ok, I'm done now. You guys have a good one, and remember, good judgement comes from experience, but experience comes from poor judgement.
Adios.
