local plumbers

Does anybody know of any decent/cheap plumbers in the area? OR, even better, does anybody have enough plumbing proficiency to perform a little side job? The tub is completely clogged, and no amount of snaking or sulfuric acid is clearing it. The landlord came by and tried to fix it, but couldn't, and said that we were responsible for plumbing issues. :\
