Bored and tired
Well, okay, I'm bored. And tired. And I realized I haven't posted news in a while. So... Yeah, what's new...? A few things actually!
I went to my parents' with Logan for a "quick" visit; I stayed over for 4-5 days in the end, lol. I went window shopping a llllllllot, and I accidentally found an AMAZING deal for a dining room set... So... I have a new dining room set o_o; Getting a new dining table wasn't planned for another year, at least, so that you could save up for it. But it was just too good of a deal to let it pass, there were only 2 sets left and it was a 50% off clearance discount. And it was exactly what we had been looking for all this time and not finding anything remotely "okay" in other stores when it came to what we were looking for. [Picture] It looks even better in person ;)
Also, Hassan found a daycare centre for Logan! Logan not having a daycare centre had been bothering him more than it bothered me: Hassan DID NOT want to be a stay-at-home dad XD So he reversed-psychologied his co-worker into convincing his wife (whom runs a daycare centre) to make a spot for Logan lol We short-circuited something like 10 kids who were ahead of us on the waiting list ^^; But what are contacts good for if not for this exact kind of situation? lol
That aside, "the spark" is no longer within me, I don't feel like drawing anymore XP My renaissance dude will remain naked for a while. Oh well.
I am currently re-reading Please Save my Earth. Lovely base story <3 Mokuren is so ugly though, lol!!! She's the perfect Mary-Sue, but I don't dislike her, somehow... I might attempt to draw fanart of her. Kind of as a challenge. I will make my Mokuren prettier than the original XP
