"I'm realistic 'bout my life coz I live in reality"
Today's title is taken from the lyrics of a rap that my friend is writing. She's possibly the blackest white person I know, into all of the R&B and Hip-Hop and rap etc. She does street dancing as well, and you can pretty much guarantee that if you ask her the lyrics to a song (one that she knows obviously) she'll be able to rap the whole thing perfectly.
Anyways, I really liked this particular verse. I wasn't too much a fan of the rest of it (although I'll never tell her this, because it wasn't that it wasn't good, it was just that it's not really what I'm into), this particular verse really caught my eye. I can't remember the whole of it, but this line was my favourite, so I thought I'd share it with all you lovely members of the blogging community.
Other quotes from the day are:
- In maths. Mr Whiffin is asking Clare (slowkidxd on livejournal, if you're interested) why she has stated that x is between something like minus 3 and plus four, but minus 3 is not included and 4 is. Clare has never sounded more like she's from a different planet with: "Because the signs told me to O.o". I love Clare so much sometimes :')
- RAF. Having just answered a question correctly after recognising some plane or other, I yelled out "yeah! Suck my dick!" to the boys on the other side of the classroom who'd got it wrong. After one of them turned round and told me to jokingly calm down, my friend (the same one who wrote the rap) then says "Well I'd like to see you suck your own to be honest...." :')
