I was hoping to go to the cricket today - Woodies vs Henleaze. I can't get there cos the pafrk they're playing at isn't near me, and no-one i know seems to be going. meh!
Plus last night - the whole going out to say godbye to Gareth, the workshop leader. Gareth didn't turn up! So there were 4 of us there after an hr going 'fine -sod him!'. We phoned but his phone wa off. So we went off on our own and had drinkies and then went dancing. They played a few convention songs and I was there wanting to do the dances, but holding back cos I didn't want to look like an idoit. Plus Becks, one of my mates there, broke up with her b/f the night before. They'd been together 2 yrs. So she wasn't amazingly happy, but she had drinkies and danced, and many huugs were had.
in other news: Who turned the thermostat up? It's hot!
