Where to start, what a year its been so far with the 2 BBC Big Band concerts in August, A holiday to Spain staying at Fawlty Towers and the summer school that has been and continues to be a fantastic experience & education for the students and us.
There are so many exciting projects going on behind the scenes right now that I'm looking forward to sharing with you when we're able but suffice to say 2010 is going to be a very varied and busy year if all goes to plan.
Over the coming months I'm going to be busy with the Born Free event at the Royal Albert Hall in November, working with BBCR2 team again at Friday Night Is Music Night, more courses with the theatre school and then we have the Christmas concerts, The Sound Of Musicals so where I'm meant to find the time for planning 2010 is another matter all together!!
I just wanted to also thank everyone for their kind words and messages following the Cadogan Hall shows - I thoroughly enjoyed myself and the plan is to do some more of those early next year so keep an eye out for the dates.
Of course the plan as always will be to write again soon........
