Fred Phelps died today, God rest his soul. It's interesting that he died on Fred Roger's birthday. Between the 2, I'd rather celebrate Mr Roger's birthday than Fred Phelps death. I'm glad for the LGBT community's refusal to picket Phelps funeral. It's a great witness to people like my mother, who thinks the Phelp's idiocy is just that, idiocy.
