No more traveling on 7/4!!
Last year I went up to the cemetery on 7/4 to visit Santa on his birthday. On the way home my car developed vapor lock (though the mechanic said it couldn't possibly be that!). This year I was on my way up to the cemetery and my car quit being steerable. NOT fun. I've decided not to try for three. No going north next July 4. I'm either going to work or staying home. Haven't heard yet from the mechanic to find out what is wrong and how much it's going to cost. Don't have the money for it regardless of what it is but it needs to be fixed so I can drive it a while longer. At the very least I need to get it paid off before I give up on it completely!
