the (not so) short list of why it was so great to be back in iowa for a couple of days.

>chilly walks through downtown i.c.
>a good cup of coffee @ the java house
>teasing moll and code through the pain at exile
>catching up with old friends
>knowing that comments like, "i've got a huge family, even if they aren't blood" are completely true
>having someone laugh just as hard as me when i biff it, and pick myself back up (not so gracefully)
>the calm after the storm
>being able to be convinced to do completely ridiculous things (seriously, flippy cup?) and laughing through every minute of it
>cute, free haircuts from my wonderful sister
>grandma's lipstick kisses
>getting in some much needed time with the family
