I've decided that I'm happy with my current weight, I'm not happy with my current shape. I swear there was a time in my life where I had muscle tone. So I've accepted the challenge of doing 31 workouts in the 31 days of March. I have my checksheet already made where I get to reward myself everyday by putting a check mark by each day indicating what kind of exercise I did that day. The minimum is 30 minutes of yoga and the max is...since when do I have a max? I'm hoping by the end of this month to be a little more toned and a little more flexible, assets which may come in handy this spring as I have Pride in April and my agency's black tie gala in May.
