Have space to take an extra course: any suggestions?

Well, it'll finally be my last semester come this Spring. With my schedule, I should have room to take one elective. I have no clue what that should be. Everyone says wine tasting at first, but apparently you do actually have to learn stuff in that class.

Just wondering if anyone has taken a fun and somewhat easy class they would highly recommend. To be more specific I guess, it can't be a math or science course.

For instance, I've looked at courses from Animal handling and Fitting to Arab-Israeli Conflict.
