Just how do you make these things, kid? I can still hardly believe they work like this.

They way they're constructed is surprisingly normal, although the machines are something else. Considering all of the paper comes from the oak tree, I'm not surprised that it has different properties from... well, normal paper.

That's the problem-- there's nothing inside of the machines. You'd expect there to be gears or... I suppose there could be some way for it to work.

Even so, I think there should be a way of figuring out how it works. No matter how strange or impossible something seems, there's always some kind of provable explanation for it.
