There's nothing like getting threatening phone calls from your roommate's friends. I left him a note telling him to pay the utilities (currently a week overdue, plus $50 that he didn't pay last month). So he responded by having his friend call and accuse me of trying to steal his deposit. I hate him so much. And I'm afraid to sleep there, and I'm incredibly worried about my cats.
I did talk my dad into coming up on Thursday, the day he's moving out. But my dad isn't taking it seriously and I'm afraid he won't arrive in time.
I hate this.
And he wants his deposit in cash (um, no, he's getting a check like a normal person), and he's only getting it AFTER he moves all his stuff out, and I'm subtracting any damages.
I should subtract for the day I had to take off work to deal with him, and the cost of replacing all my spare keys, and the cost of having the locks changed again once he leaves. But I won't.
I'm also not going to charge for the smoking, or the beer spilled into my bedroom, or the missing cat, or the loud parties, or the changed locks, or the fact that his mother has been living with us for two weeks and his sister for a week. I want to, but I'd rather get him the hell out with a minimum of drama.
*is beyond angry*
I can't keep living with roommates. I don't care if I have to move into a studio the size of a closet; at least I won't have to share it with some lunatic.
Oh, and hey, in other news, I have a horrible cold and I feel miserable. >:(
