1. I think its pretty sad that you assume that god meant homosexuals when he wrote the "sexually immoral". NO WHERE as kevin said does it mention being gay specifically as a sin. And to say taht it falls under that catagory is an opinion of mortal man...you...not god...and if he didnt say it why is it right to assume thats what he meant.
2. As far as the genetic thing. Way to pick out just one freaken example jess that has absolutley no proof behind it or relevance. If you want to argue genetics try finding information about what makes a person gay...not, what are the chances of someone being gay, there is no fact there. I mean come on, "this happened in like 50% of the cases. if homosexuality is genetic, wouldnt it be closer to 100% of situations, both twins would be homosexuals?"...thats like saying out of every identical twin separate one of them is supposed to be gay. Like its a rule or something.
3. My next point has to do with the statement..."im not a lesbian"..well laddy freaken da jess...im glad its so clear to you...that your not attracted to other women, good for you...but what if you were, what if you were born feeling this way, with this "desire", waht would you think of yoruself. Try putting yourself in other peoples shoes. I mean you hear cases of kids being beaten up, killed, descrimminated against for being gay...if it were just a simple choice they had to overcome then why couldnt they just choose not to be.
And I dont get why you continue to use the term gay and lesbian let alone stating that your not one...isnt that saying that you do believe in it, that it does separate people genetically and there is nothing they can do about it...if you have a term for it.
God idk jess this whole thing is messed up to me. And dont be offended by this entry because im just saying how i feel on the subject. if you want to talk more about this though id rather do it in person. Just ask me...i would be more than happy to have this discussion with you.
