Hurrah!

Decided to start a livejournal today because I felt like writing about my day. I felt like writing about it because it was fantastic. Just great, you really had to live it to know how I'm feeling. Today I felt born to be alive! I hadn't really felt that way for awhile, and it was nice because I sure needed to.

Day started out kinda pooperish, with Emma not being able to do anything on account of being grounded and what-not. So I wound up going into Cambridge w/ Adrian instead. First we hit up the Garment District, where I got 3 sextacular T-shirts and an old-school Roots Canada sweatshirt (to piss off Adam) for $5.

Then we moseyed on over to Harvard Sqaure. We found ourselves in the Garage, where I got a slice of baked potato pizza, which was quite brilliant, really, and "Tommy" on dvd. Then we just sat around, being contented with our day (which was as beautiful as a day in Boston can be, which is as much as anyone can ask for). Part of our sitting included listening to a street band doing covers of popular rock, and they were really good. And while we listened to this band we watched a comically round man in shorts and a tank top that said "Build A Better Body" with aerobic weights in his hands dance to the music. Adrian says he sees him dancing around Cambridge pretty often, and I really respected the man as I watched him. I mean, he was allowing himself to completely enjoy life, without bothering anybody in the process. And if, at this point, you're wondering why a man who's always dancing is so fat, it's because he only really dances with his arms.

Well I've watched Tommy and can safely say it's one of the kee-ray-zee-est movies ever. I want to do acid just to watch that movie. Anyways this entry is getting a bit long and self-interested, so I'm just gonna end it by saying that right now I love everybody. However, Emma gets first place and Roger Daltry gets runner-up.

G'night chums.
