It is with Prussia. I believe having you on board will help ease his lack of confidence in me. You and I have never been tightly associated, but you have done nothing to cause me to distrust you at all.

You have a slightly larger population, after splitting first trade with you, I will allow you the entirety of the next, to be bargained with Prussia. He is the initiator of contact, and we have agreed he has right to land claim.

I'm more then willing to work with you both. We've had good relations in the past and it is always good to have a chance to improve on them.

No. This is purely between you, me, and Prussia. Part of this agreement is that I will sanction his claims on lands, as well. I hope you will follow suit.
