He can.

The biggest problem is that he has gained a few allies. Just like last time they will most definitely try to stop any attempts on capturing and restraining him, leaving us back on square one once more. They have some resemblance of organisation while we... well, I don't think I need to say more than that.

That's something I'd like to know as well.

...They can't be that hard to find and pick off, if we did it one at a time. Knock out the partners first, then take down Walter.

That would be the best course of action. Maybe this time the people here won't have such a lax attitude towards proper incarceration...

One of them might be a problem though. She's... a spirit, for lack of better words. I know someone who might be able to find out more about how to stop her, but unfortunately he still has his chip in.
