The movie made me upset in quite a few ways.
Now I didn't mind the whole alright now Wolverine and Sabertooth are brothers thing. I mean I kind of like the idea even. And I sort of like their history together even though it's nothing like what happened in the comics. And I can live with the fact that some things sort of have to happen so it won't screw up continuity what with the X-men movies and all. It's not like I actually expected him to go and join Alpha Flight or anything...
But some of the things I was left wondering were:
Well first and foremost; what the fuck did they do to Deadpool!!?? That's horrible and lame and just wrong. And that's all I have to say about that, because it's just too upsetting.
Who the hell was that black teleporting dude and did he even have a name? Apparently he did and his name was John Wraith, also known as Kestrel and some bunch of other names I don't know. He did appear in the comics (like twice or something) and was involved with Weapon X. So some random mutant I don't know... alright I didn't miss anything then.
So where was Maverick? Alright... this I admit was a slight fail on my part. I should have realised, but well... Alright Maverick is Agent Zero. Also later Bolt... the dude who has all those light bulbs around, I think starts using the name Maverick after the first one vanishes (in the comics of course). So yes maybe I should have realised, but come on Maverick is German, it didn't really occur to me to connect him with the asian dude in the movie!
Also since when is Silver Fox (who's supposed to be native american for god's sakes) related to Emma Frost (who by the way is definitely not native american), 'cause that blonde sister of hers who turns into perfect diamond is so the White Queen. This is just like complete fail.
Other random things: Proffesor X was walking and why did he need to be there anyway it was rather redundant. Remy is now older than Scott. Why was Scott even in the movie? Of course since he was blind he can go on and have no idea who Wolverine is in the first X-men movie, but come on...
