Multitasking's Real Victims Problem:
"...But why is it that when we talk about multitasking, we focus exclusively on how it hurts the multitasker? The real cost isn't borne by this person at all. Solution:
1) Call out the multitasker mid-task.
2) Find a new time to meet.
3) Physically disengage.
My Actions:
1) Come home, have dinner, tea, only then open up a laptop
2) Work/game in the evening, after 8pm
3) Schedule blocks of time at work to push projects through
