This is your brain on brain

I am a chronic overthinker and underthinker. Depending on the scenario, I will think it through to the point where I drive it into the ground, or I'll kind of let it slide away without giving it a second thought. I really don't know which is better.

Both are harmful.

I also look for help too much. Instead of going out and solving my own problems, which I still do, I think I tend to wait for something to come and rescue me from times in my life where I'm dissatisfied.

What way is that to live?
