I don't think that's an uncommon sentiment--about the douchewriting, I mean. Luckily it only comes off as douchey to other people if you use/spell a word/idiom/metaphor incorrectly or if they already have a bias against you.

Dunno what to say about laughing at your own jokes; I certainly don't care.

In agreement with Marie about the doucheyness of your writting. I would also read what you have to say over what Lecco has to say any day.

Oh. I just meant that most people (myself included) think their own writing is douchey. His isn't any more douchey than most other peoples'.
