Shizuka (female shizuo) basically gets pregnant at 15, but she doesn't drop out of school and tries to get her shit together and do well in school so she can have a steady job. As we all know that doesn't happen because of Izaya causeing trouble. Fast foward to present time where shizuka is 23 and working with Tom. She never got married to the father and he vanished from her life. This is optional. Izaya being the little shit that he is decides to spy on the kid. You can chose whether the kid is female or male. The kid basically looks up to Izaya and agrees with him on how he sees humans. Just seeing how the kid reacts to the characters of durarara.
You can also chose if you want the kid to be non-binary I think that would make things a bit more entertaining
