Gay PrideParade Entry
Well Saturday I went out to our local Gay Pride Festival and parade..orginally I was going down there to say hi to some of my friends,but when I got there I went looking for the GLBT Pagan float and was told that one of my friends was hospitalized due to respitory problems(he is HIV positive)..so i decided that i would march in the parade with the pagan float...Wow,what an experience...We had three drummers on the float and people with tambourines,a bodran and i think a few maracas,plus 5 or 6 people walking and dancing along with the float (including me)...Im tired,sore and exhausted,but i know all the energy we were doing was for my friend...
This was the second year i have seen the parade from a participants view,and man the energy of the crowd was AWESOME!!!...Lotsa HOT eye candy too...I cant wait to do the parade next year....
