the TP bi-annual meeting
decided this morning that TP should have a bi-annual meeting, where I basically look at whether to keep things going for another year. A meeting before the new year, cos that's a good time to reflect on calendar year stuff, and an EOFY meeting as if I'm going to wrap things up, I really should do it at the end of the fin year.
the thought process was that basically I'm unlikely to be doing this forever, so should build in periods of review. As it's only really me, it's not an overly formal meeting.
today's meeting was on a bus to work. decided that TP shall keep going at least until 30 June 2010.
