Deadpool ... well done
saw Deadpool yesterday ... and it was all I had hoped it would be
over the top action and oddities, well done humorous dialogue ranging from "well played" to college frat house level ... interesting storyline
what it is not is something that takes itself too seriously ... some critics point to that and say it doesn't take itself seriously enough ... I think there is a nice balance
Ryan Reynolds is a solid lead actor and he is becoming one of my favorites ... yes, he's been in some dogs and no he isn't always top notch ... but he makes his characters believeble (his best character to date IMO was FBI agent Messner in Smokin Aces) ... and I think he was a perfect fit for Deadpool and played it well
