Just a quick update from the life of Rushlight. I've been spending a lot of time lately both writing and reading, which is always fulfilling. So I'm going through some major life decisions right now. I have a chance to reach for something that I really want and I think could make me very happy, but there's a lot of risk involved on an emotional level. I've been wavering for what feels like ages over it.

I just ordered the proof for the paperback version of The Soul Forge! It should be here in about a week. I am so excited to actually hold it in my hands and see the words I wrote in print in front of me. I actually felt the need to put a blanket on my bed last night while I slept, which was lovely. I love cold weather, although most of the time it's more like a vague memory of cold weather from when I used to live on the east coast.
