So I'm settling in for a six hour shift at work and I thought now might be a good time to toss a whoooole lot of crap out at one time. Rather than spamming you guys I've decided to make one reeeeeally long post with many cuts. I don't recommend reading the whole thing.

In my case "suitable equipment" is the microphone built into my laptop. This despite the fact that I now have access to a sound-proofed recording studio and a thousand dollars worth of audio gear.

Well, I have a ridiculously cheap microphone, um, somewhere. I could probably find it; I just haven't gone really looking yet.

Then again, Sandry has a better one. Hmmmmmm.

The main issue is getting us both in the same place. Luckily, there are standard plans to have that happen with some frequency anyway!

Hmm... let's compromise...

You and Sandry move down here for a few years (let's say four). Then, during that time, we'll work a campaign to get everyone to move when it comes time for me to go for a PhD. Then I get into a school in Boston and we all move there.

It's give and take where everyone gives and I take!
