week late
review of the now monthly bellydance performance thingee (i'm sure there's a more appropriate name for it, but i can't remember-- it's just at palace of wonders, 's all i know!)
EDIT: haha, looked it up: Bizarre Bazaar
in order of performance, in neat encapsulated (read: i can't remember details anymore!) phrases:
jen: OMG so cute. pulls off an ATS solo (oxymoron anyone?) although no zills: don't tell carolena!
eugenia: has clearly been taking scary lessons from ashara. i want her hair.
aisha: holy mother of...i don't know how she dances with that much energy and that much movement vocabulary after...TWO YEARS? WHAT??
ebony: while not new choreography (sob!) still hot. always makes me grin.
suzana: so so elegant. even disregarding the gorgeous dress. only complaint: couldn't see the shimmies in the dress.
ariel: should reconsider the wig. otherwise, excellent performer.
can't wait for next month, if only so i can see this "kelly" whose performing!
