Perserverance, persistance. That is if I ever relented and let Beast talk me into a kid. Though I couldn't imagine getting over some of the speedbumps in life without those two qualities. I learned them from someone I never got the chance to know until I was already grown, yet it was someone I would have loved to have known long before then. He knows who he is.
I would much rather lead than follow. I'm a firm believer in the old saying "If you want something done right, do it yourself", at least in the leadership aspect. I've been under the command of too many morons to submit quitely anymore, especially during my run in the Navy. I've seen too many good people die, to many getting hurt because of something stupid someone ordered before thinking about the situation. As for the role I see myself playing out? I'm a leader now and probably will be until I die.
