Friday night, my bro said he was sick of seeing me rot in front of the computer so he dragged me out to St Kilda's Palais theatre to watch Sarah Blasko. I was mean to go to uni but my insomnia got the better of me and I ended up waking up around 12pm. Finished some animations then I headed towards the city.
Met up with my bro outside Luna Park and we had a quick dinner at a really nice Malaysian place. Lmao people thought we were an angry couple because we just sat there and ate without a word. That's completely normal for us though, there is no such thing as awkward silences in my family. We only speak when it's necessary, and just don't bother with small talk.
After dinner we headed towards the theatre. It was a magnificent theatre, felt like something from a Shakespeare play. Special guest Seja was still playing when we were there, pretty nifty music. After 30min, Sarah Blasko came on..... and it was just brilliant.

One of my favourite songs she played on the night.
Her music might not be to everyone's taste, since it's quite disjointed, quirky and eerie... which I looooooove so much. Great thing too is she's not being a try-hard hippie, weirdo. Her style and music just falls into place so naturally~
After the concert, I rushed downstairs and bought a T-shirt :D
WILL TREASURE THIS FOREVER <3
Afterwards, we went and got cake and tea at a really nice dessert place. Bro asked me some questions about music playing, he started to learn the guitar earlier this year. It was weird because it's usually bro teaching me things, not the other way around.
I had a really good night, I've never properly chilled with my bro before, so it was really awesome. He said he's going to start introducing me to his Japanese friends. So exciting :D *hides all my cosplay stuff*
NGHHHHHH back to animating... I'm almost done... well at least I keep telling myself that OTL.
