So a msn convo with cielrose on Saturday night went something like this:
Aly: Ah I wanna cosplay Hakuouki
Me: me tooooo, I wanna do Chizuru
Aly: I wanna do Okitaaa, let's do it for mini this weekend
Me: okkk Chizuru's hakama is easy
Aly: I wanna do the western verson
Me: ...
So two days later:
LOL. I look like a sack of flowers atm, still need to trim everything.
I went to a Japanese textile warehouse called Kazari house - Ziguzagu in East Richmond yesterday. (Where I got the flower fabric from) IT WAS AMAZING SKDLFJK ENTIRE warehouse of kimono fabrics and Japanese furniture and other knick knacks. I really want to go back again.

HAWHAHW I can't wait till Saturday. Going to be all shoujo and gay with my Okita. I remembered I bought a whole bunch of plastic Sakura branches from 100yen shop ffffffh, yay for gay props.
I've been on a Hakuouki high gahaha. Finally caught up to the anime last night... Chizuru seriously has no personality, I really wish she was more kickass. Ah well, it is an Otome thing afterall. I think I have an obscured sense of humour... but this made me laugh:
