Artsiness vs crass commercialism
Huh... you know, I can't believe I haven't mentioned my art on here yet.
I sold something at the local pagan shop, yay! It was a print of this: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/11255867/ and the cat there isn't mine - it was actually the shop's cat. The store's name is Christine's Cauldron, and it just triggered the image, along with the fact that Halloween was coming up. I'm also offering the original of this: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/11284976/ and I replaced the one that sold with this: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/11188757/ which I figure will sell as fast if not faster than the last one did.
If anyone is interested, my gallery is at http://rurounitriv.deviantart.com/gallery/ and some of it you can order prints of. Don't you think they'd make great Christmas presents? ;)
Now I just need to get off my butt and go over to the local comic/anime shop(s) to see if they're interested in selling my fanart...
I may just manage to start making a profit at this after all.
