Pam's entry reminded me to do this. Here's the recipe I owe some of you guys for the cheesecake I did. (Sadly, turns out the teriyaki meat is to remain a family recipe.)

LJ cut for your convenience, shared with all the world because it's just that good. *also cheated and cut & paste right from the email*

Kaimii Stone's easy and delicious Cheesecake recipe
*Note: Highly addictive. Needs to be made one day in advance. Makes 8-12 servings.

You will need:

12 whole graham crackers, finely crushed
½ cup sugar
¼ cup melted butter

2 (8-oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 pint sour cream
⅓ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Combine graham crackers, ½ cup sugar and butter in a medium bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 8-inch springform pan. Chill.
While crust is chilling, combine cream cheese, eggs, ½ cup sugar and vanilla. Beat until very smooth. Place on top of crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350° F. Remove and cool 30-60 minutes on a cooling rack.
In another bowl combine sour cream, the ⅓ cup of sugar and vanilla. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture and smooth out. Bake at 450° F for about 13 minutes more. Remove from oven and allow to cool until you are able to handle it with bare hands. Refrigerate overnight.
Top with berries, fudge, or any other topping you’d like.
