Twilight Conspiracy Theory
(Because my group in English class is lazy and never reads the books they're supposed to, our discussion shifted from talking about the book we were supposed to have read, to Twilight. Hearing these girls gush about Edward really made me /eyeroll, but it also got me thinking. Just so you know, I'm not serious about the following statement and wrote it for humor purposes only.) ;)
Anyways, I believe that Twilight is a conspiracy by terrorists in order to drastically drop America’s population. By instilling an idea of “The Perfect Man” into the impressionable minds of preteen girls, they themselves then set high standards that are ultimately unachievable. This leads to them never having sex because they are saving themselves “for my own personal Edward!” Henceforth drastically decreasing birthrate and America’s population in general.
In short, if you buy Twilight, the terrorist have already won.
