And now they tell me to turn it off b/c my boss and two of the phone counselors are sitting at the table in the middle of the room 'having a meeting' and my boss might get upset. WTF? If it's going to upset her, why did they tell me I could have a radio in the first place? And how is some very soft background music going to upset them? ARGH!
