I'm going to say Kaoru too. Just because you seem to have this romantic at heart that reminds me a lot of Kaoru. And the fact that you said you can be immature but mature around new people or when you have too reminds of Kaoru and how she does act quite mature when teaching her classes. (some of you hyperness though reminds me of Misao as well..)
