So, I've decided I don't like "We Wish You a Merry Christmas". I understand the historical significance of carolers and getting treats (thus, the "bring out some figgy pudding, we won't go until we get some" bit). Nonetheless, I find it annoying and far too demanding.
That said, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the obnoxious qualities of every single rendition of "Deck the Halls". There's just something about FA LA LA LA LAAAAAAA that makes me smile.
Other favorites include that funky version of "White Christmas" sung by The Drifters (click here for the Santa/reindeer flash movie), and "How Many Kings" by downhere (you can listen to it on their MySpace).
Okay. Gotta go. I still have to finish up some stuff at work (I'm on break) and then drive home... But I'm visiting Sarah at "the condo" on the way home, so that should be fun. (Haha, now we officially have "the ranch", "the store", "the cottage", "the rental", and "the condo" as places of reference.)
Oh my GOSH I just noticed that you can put an "adult content" filter on entries. CRAZY! (Now I can post details about my sordid sex life and not worry about corrupting young minds!)
