Day 4...
So... Even though I make more money base salary w/ my new company, I can't do overtime and I'm pretty-much low man on the Totem Pole:( I went from being a Environmental Construction Project Superintendent to an Construction Management General Contractor Asst. Superintendent (mouth full...). So on the face I actually took a demotion, but there is way more opportunity for growth. Oh, did I mention they put me on 2nd shift!?
