omgosh! i so didn't know I had to make these! I'm gonna start working on them right away! I have a qestion, though.. the banner has to include the icons that you posted here, right? + May icon maker of the month, the name of the icon-maker, rupert icontest, first/2nd/3rd runner up.. anything else?
the icon, may icon maker of the month, the username, rupert_icontest but then on the first it's just all that. then on the second add first runner up. the third gets second runner up. if you want examples look at aprils banners.
