[Open Post; For Galadriel] All my life seeking for a thing I cannot find
Rupert is looking for someone, and something.
The someone in question is a beautiful woman whose name he does not know. He knows that she is golden-haired and ethereal, and that there is something inhuman about her face. He was given a task regarding her, by the devil Morgoth whom he has agreed to serve. (Occasionally he finds himself wondering if this is a disloyalty to the devil Lucifer who he always thought and was told that he was serving.)
The something in question is a way out. This place is a charming diversion, but Rupert of Hentzau is meant for grand political schemes and the more delicate diplomacy of a noble court. He is eager to get back to that world.
So far, he has found neither.
(Open-ish post. He’s looking for Galadriel, but anyone else is welcome to find him wandering the Mansion grounds and forests.)
