Hay. Its Thursday.
And tomorrow is Friday. Yay. School is going well so far. We took our only written test today and everyone passed except one member of the class. After that everything else will be practical exams. I've been getting adjusted to the heat pretty easily. After living here for 10 years, you tend to get used to it pretty quickly.
Me and a few people from my class are going to see the Half Blood Prince tonight at the Alamo Drafthouse. If you don't know what that place is, imagine sitting down in a movie theater and being able to order beer and food. Yeah its that awesome.
Tomorrow, me and my brother are heading up to visit my Mom for the weekend and then I'll take the SUV back down here for me to get around in for the five weeks I'm here. It'll be nice to not have to rely on people for rides off base now. Well next week it will be four weeks left! Count down the days!!
Side note. I'll be attending the Reno trip, BUT I will no longer be driving now. Please work around that. I have no problem paying someone gas money.
