(no subject)
Since young, I have always dreamt of being a model. Well, apart from my other "extremely ambitious" ambitions such as a Fairprice cashier and a yong tau foo seller. My mom used to put me in child modelling competitions and I enjoyed every moment of it, whether or not i emerged as a winner. I love doing runway shows but *REALITY CHECK!* it sucks to know that my dream of being a runway model can NEVER ever be fulfilled because 175cm is the minimum requirement, and i'm only 164cm:( So much for nothing is impossible. (and according to Matt, "Dreams are simply reality waiting to happen".)
I really admire people who dare to dream though. There are so many mass commers i know who dream big and are on their way to fulfilling their goals. And i applaud them because being the fairly pessimistic person i am, i will never have the guts to have such huge goals because failure and rejection are one of my biggest fears.
Nice, to make things worse, there's a super pretty girl in front of me now(she isn't even wearing makeup and she looks absolutely gorgeous) @ Starbucks. She's wearing black Tory Burch flats, pink Prada bag, blue Chanel wallet and her maid/mom(i don't want to be mean but i REALLY cannot make out if she is her maid/mom cause she is filipino, spoke in tagalog and she really looks like a maid) is carrying a Coach bag and a turquoise Gucci wallet(If she's a maid-wow.) Fml.
Anyway, I saw the Benetton Global Casting ad on MTV last night and decided to sign up. Only to realise that it was open quite a long time ago and there are people with over 4000 votes. So it'd be great if you could contribute to my pathetic number of votes. Will appreciate it very very much!<3 (you've got to sign up though, but it won't take more that 5 mins i promise!!)
