many many complains regarding this shop already.
First time posting. Just wanted to give a nice advice to all girls out there. Hope i'm not violating the rules over here. :)
Went to this shop at Bugis Street the other day to get a classic pedicure and was the horror of my life!
Firstly, the standard of this particular shop is only so-so. The shop is managed by several China people and has no Singaporean working there. believe their manicure standard isn't there at all. Cause the nail polish faded off within the 1st week. I belive its because their OPI nail polish are all dried up. Even those nail polish i DIY doesn't fade off at all.
Staff there keeps pulling you to do mani or pedi there when you're just browsing through. They seem very polite initialy but i can say initially.
While choosing nail polish colour, they kept the OPI nail polish colour chart and when asked them are those all OPI, they said no. And brought out the OPI colour chart. While wanting to apply, the staff couldn't even open the bottle which i believe it has dried up.
I did a classic pedicure and asked if there's scrubbing and massaging. They said yes. And their massaging is merely touching your leg and applying cream only. I asked wheres the scrubbing, and they said the cream that they applied which contains small beads is scrubbing already.
While classic pedicure includes filing, they said no such service and asked me for top up of $15 for filing.
At the end of the classic pedicure, i demanded a discount as the service totally sucked throughout and when i was questioning about OPI, massaging and scrubbing, they gave me very rude attitude and keep clicking their tounge.
They, quarreled back with me saying all classic pedicure are like that which is totally wrong and they said what stupid nonsense i'm talking about. They were very rude throughout when i insisted not to pay the full amount. In the end they gave me a $2 discount and they said "no money then don't come and do classic pedicure la"
This isn't the way the should work and i am so irratated by her actions. Girls out there, please do not go to this shop as they are so bad. Bad service, bad attitude everything suck over there. Most of all its super unhygenic over there. They eat while doing pedicures for me.
