I have the most annoying cold. It's been lingering for about 2 weeks now. Seriously, how can one body make this much mucus? I'm so hot. Like A mucus-y paris hilton.

Otherwise, I have been haveing one amazing shoot after another. I am very pleased!

i heard about those and looked at the box at the drug store...how in hell do you actually use it? it seems like it would be impossible to pour the spout down your nose without the rest spilling all over you...

it's a little teapot looking thing. You put one end up your nose and turn your head to the side as you lift the pot up, allowing the water to flow in. it goes thruout your sinus cavity and comes out the other nostril. And do it over a sink, that helps. :) I think if you do a google image search there are pictures of people using them.

I'm so curious about all of this! A spout? "neti pot" dude sounds prehistoric!

dude, its awesome. the other night, i had a hysterical crying fit, the ones that you cannot breathe after because your sinuses are so inflammed. i got up, neti'd, and was perfectly fine.

I bought a neti pot and it's awesome. However I found out that what I have is not a cold but I was addicted to Nasal sprays! I took one for like 5 days straight to lend me some air time. SO i went cold turkey and it's been interesting. Some hours are fine, so I use the neti pot..others there's absolutely NO air coming or going, therefore theres so chance of sloshing the wonderful warm h2o up there.
