I can't believe it.
We've been getting new appliances in the past week or so. First a dishwasher, then a microwave, and now a refrigerator.
I went to take out stuff from the freezer and fridge when the two guys delivering the new one showed up today. One of the things I took out of the freezer was a bottle of Ketel One Citroen, one I'd gotten for when mom visits.
In the aftermath of the "interesting" visit (trying to figure out how to turn the water off to the fridge, thanks to the new one not having an ice maker), I went to put everything away.
The guys took the vodka.
Lowe's took care of it - the guys were fired, and Matt & Cathy (who bought the thing) will be getting a refund or something of some sort.
But still! Seriously - to risk your job over a half bottle or so of citrus vodka?!?!
