Week One: Napster Job: Mission Accomplished.
I wouldn't really know where to start on my new job, I will say that it's pretty easy although I have to readjust to talking to customers over the phone. This week coincidentally was "customer service week" which means they handed out these lame sheets throughout the week with pictures of pirates and puzzles and bags with candy. In a lot of senses, it's like high school all over again, but isn't that all that work is? When education finishes, work begins.
