Day without Mexicans

My 'official' response: FIRE THEM ALL!!!

Didn't show up for work to protest the treatment of illegal immigrants? Cool... I guess you didn't want your job: fired, gone, no longer employed. Sorry, its not a legitimate reason for missing for work.

As for people who say: but your ancestors were immigrants too. Yes, but they were legal. Also, my family line can be traced back to the Mayflower. Guess that means that I can't be illegal because my family was here BEFORE the country was founded.

If you are illegal, you need to be deported... not allowed to pay a fine and get citizenship. These people are violating the law... If they are violating the laws now, how can we expect them to follow them after they are legal?

There have been several cases of illegals being major criminals. I read in an article about one whose killing spree was ended at 17. This guy had been thrown out of the country no less than 5 times... several times after being arrested for a felony and being deported. One time, he 'willingly' left the country instead of face jail time. Yes, I know these types are rare. But for those who are trying to represent all Mexicans as good people who aren't doing anything wrong... that's wrong. Not all of them are.

If they are illegal, they are BREAKING the law. Either send them back or send them to jail..
