(no subject)
I haven't updated lately... not that I update much at all...
But the new job is going well. I wasn't too sure at the beginning as I ended up in a job I didn't like on the assembly line. Thankfully, I was moved. Now I'm doing a job that's relatively easy to do and I'm not around a bunch of assholes like on my first couple days.
So what do I do? I airgun two screws into the blower motor housing and put on a bottom clip to hold the front panel of the dryer on. 6 dryers per minute. Sounds easy, don't it? Well, it wasn't at the beginning... now, I just zone out and do it all Zen like. 8 hours of no brain usage... kinda nice
As for an update on my former employer... the store has gone to shit. Seriously. Apparently things don't get done as easily as they did before and produce... well, its back to looking like shit. And when it comes to fresh produce, appearance is EVERYTHING. I really feel bad for Matt... but then again, its no weight on my shoulders.
Apparently, MMX is gonna be paid for again and I'll be able to resume my duties there as director. Gotta finish the restat of FCs and then start on the OCs... the real killer is that I work 2nd shift... the most active time for MUSHs. I'll see how it works out. I'll prolly drop Zero for the sake of the character until I can bid to a first shift spot. Thankfully, I'm pretty sure I can do all my director stuff at the odd times. If not, I'm sure Elmer can find another director.
And if that happens, I might consider making my pro-wrestling MUSH. Don't ask for specifics on it because its in a real experimental stage right now. Like bare bones concepts. Still not sure on how to make a 'theme' out of it. Although I do know I'm going for a late 80s/early 90s feel. Where bad guys cheated and good guys didn't... None of this anti-hero shit. Probably going to be R rated with certain odd rules like: no calling someone a wannabe as the real pro-wrestlers don't exist in the world. No FCs... should be an interesting setup. But then again, this is probably a goal I'll never even start on.
