I'M VERY EXCITED...I GOT A CALL FROM A PLACE IN ANN ARBOR FOR AN INTERVIEW! I DON'T WANT TO JINX MYSELF, BUT ITS FOR A PLACE WITH 2 WORDS, THE FIRST IS "THE" AND THE SECOND ALSO HAS THREE LETTERS, AND IT BEGINS WITH A AND ENDS WITH K:D. ITS FOR AN ASSISTANT HOUSE MANAGER POSITION. AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! WISH ME LUCK:)
I ran my first race since the marathon on Sunday! It was the 3rd annual Haunted Hustle 5k at Pioneer HS, and it was soooooooo ccccold. My time wasn't great, but I placed 7th out of 22 in Female ages 20-24, and 63rd out of about 360 people total, but there was a fun run as well, so I figure it more to be 63rd out of about 180 or so. I was just so cold (and alone- my running partner stood me up! oh well....she was tired) that I just ran and left the place very quickly. When I got home, I took a nap and could NOT wake up an hour later when my alarm went off, I was KNOCKED out (well, I felt like it) !When I finally did wake up, I was in the hugest puddle of DROOL my mouth had ever produced! HAHAHAHAHAHAH! (Its true.)
I want to graduate RIGHT now. I'm so sick of school. I just want an apartment and and a dog and world peace. Is that so much to ask for?
OHHH guesswhat. I am in LOVE. In love with a singer (yeah- that kind of "in love"). Brandi Carlile. Becca and I went to her concert weeks ago, and I'm kinda freakishly obsessed. WE GOT TO MEET HER!!!!! Ahhh. Here's a pic of my new best friend/lover, Brandi Carlile, and me:)
I know I know...she looks uncomfortable, and like she thinks that flaring one's nostrils equals smiling, but really, we had a convo and she's awesome and gorgeous in real life. HER VOICE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm uglier in real life. And oh so dull. haha.
