I hear that. No such thing as being too into slash..I don't think...

I know what you mean though. This one time some was talking to me about Heroes het pairings and I was like wtf you don't slash? How can you not? and they kind of got scared. Strange.

eh... I think it gets to be too much when you become intolerant of het (in general, not a specific pairing).

I am regularly apprehensive of sharing my slash addiction for fear of that strangeness. There's a definite disconnect between fandom and non-fandom-oriented-fans, I think, especially with slash- not everyone's comfortable with it (I repeatedly converse with people who don't understand it in the HP fandom and I just kinda have to bite my tongue...). Slash is almost completely an online thing for me.... which is kinda odd, now that I think about it...

Ya, I think that would be it.

Yeah, I think so.

Haha. I'm always about the slash. Sort of. I don't think there's a fandom I have that I don't have at least one slash pairing in. maybe there is. I don't know. I just think it's weird when things that are so freaking obvious about it get ignored. Or maybe I'm just a creep who looks for subtext.

Slash only an online thing fer ya? Hm.

Well online in the way that I only talk about fandom slash online- it doesn't really form any part of my interaction with friends/general people on a regular basis, unless I'm online.

...I don't think I've ever had a fandom without a slash pairing...

I talk about it to my mother. Which is probably why she wants me to have therapy. I should probably stop. Ah, yeah I understand.

I'm trying to think, but I honestly don't think I have a fandom without one slash pairing.

O.O with your mother? I had one conversation about it and me not reading it (years ago) and haven't brought it up since.
There are some things parents just don't need to know.....

Haha she watches Heroes with me and I just tell her things. Not that I find it incredibly hot when Claude hits Peter or anything, I just told her they were smitten with each other. Haha yeah, they are.

I told one of my dormmates about the attractive love that is petrellicest (we were watching 'Godsend' for crying out loud!), and she was rather good natured about it- we laughed and then she yelled at me for making her see it when Nathan leaned over to kiss Peter. ^______________^

*misses Claude a lot*

Hhahaha oh, petrellicest.

I miss Claude a lot too. They keep teasing us by showing us the roof. It's quite rude.

I just want him to show up, knock Peter out and drag him off invisibly while everyone stands there with 'wtf' expressions on their faces.

Yee. Then he would get very, very sad.
His eyes might even water up and then he will adjust his horn rimmed glasses.
